Since moving to our new home almost 2 years ago the Study never felt “complete”it was a more or less overcrowded and just a room for necessary paperwork. With a few inspiring ideas from Elisabeth we now have a room where we can relax and spend time in.
This was due to Elisabeth’s idea of moving 3 booksheleves which were dispersed on 3 walls and placing them on one wall the effect was instant and so simple , it looks more uniform.

Pictures were changed around, clutter was removed and this immediately led to a more expansive and peaceful atmosphere. For eg. something as simple as removing a very patterned throw from the sofa helped create a less cluttered impression.
What I found exceptional was how Elisabeth kept the essence of the room, while removing something here and there and adding her very clever ideas, always attentive to my wishes. So we now have a Study, THANKS to Elisabeth, which is harmonious and one we feel at home in!

Obviously Elisabeth’s international background and good taste is a huge asset in her ability to transform and create a harmonious atmosphere.

P.s.: Our 15 year old daughter, who spends most of the time in her room oblivious to her surroundings, proudly presented our “New” Study to her friends… for me that speaks volumes for the Interior Fairys skilled eye and expertise!

During her visits to the Egyptian subsidiary of 3M Co. in Cairo, Ms Elisabeth Schoen-Hafez felt how the office space and particularly the wall colours created a cool and unattractive impression. With her insightful and perceptive manner she learned from her discussion with the Head of HR how the topic of employee motivation is at the center of the management team. Spontaneously she suggested to apply some pastel colours, some surface textures on empty walls, and to rearrange office furniture.

The result was amazing, and was received with enthusiasm from both employees and customers. With minimum effort, reasonable cost, and sensitive creativity Ms Schoen-Hafez succeeded in significantly improving the workspace and general climate. A fresh breeze was blowing again in the office space.
